Work with BPM · Across the Triangle

Dependable work needs dependable people.

BPM connects dependable local service providers and helpers with project-based property maintenance, turnover, cleanup, and overflow work across the Triangle.

We are building a small bench — not a massive contractor directory. When the right job comes in, we want to already know who we can call.

What BPM looks for

Reliability comes first.

  • Show up when you say you will.
  • Communicate when something changes.
  • Respect the customer’s property.
  • Know what you can handle — and what you cannot.
  • Do clean, practical work.
  • Send useful progress or completion photos when requested.
  • Fix problems instead of disappearing.

You do not need to be the biggest company or own every tool. Reliability matters more to BPM than looking impressive.

How it works

A clear path to work access.

  1. 01

Create your Bench Lead with four basic contact details.

  2. 02

Open the Workforce Area and complete onboarding.

  3. 03

BPM screens your fit and may request references, work samples, licensing, or insurance.

  4. 04

Once Work Ready, you can receive direct job invitations.

  5. 05

Review the scope, location, timing, and compensation.

  6. 06

Accept or decline each opportunity from your phone.

Scope and compensation are discussed before each assignment. Providers are free to accept or decline opportunities.

What happens next?

Your quick entry creates Workforce Access, not an employment application. Complete onboarding to become eligible for BPM screening and direct project invitations. Work is not guaranteed.
